With 108 pages, 40 of which are in full colour, the gamer gets the rules, stats for Britain, Germany, the USSR and the USA for the 1944 and '45 period, a scenario and force generation system along with an introduction to the forces as they were historically organised and the tactics that they used. TW&T, like its stablemate I Ain't Been Shot Mum (IABSM), uses a card driven system that produces a variable turn sequence. Unlike IABSM each squad leader is represented along with the platoon officer and Sergeant. These leaders use a system of Tactical Initiatives to motivate and activate their men on the battlefield.
