They are designed to provide a late game boost of some sort to their owner, usually in line with their iconic nature. The tiles are mixed in with the C tiles you’ll be using for the game prior to shuffling the C-stack and counting out tiles, so you won’t know for sure if any or all of these tiles will be appearing later in the game. While you can play with as many as you’d like, we’ve found it’s best to pick five of them that might be included, because that way all players will have an idea of what could be contained there, and can tailor their strategies towards those possibilities.
