Promo Card "Spiel mit dem Feuerzeug" for Skyrockets. It says (translated to English): Reveal the top card from the supply during game preparation. That is the common discard pile. In your turn, you MUST play 1 card which has at least 1 color of the top card of the discard pile. If you cannot to that, discard 1 card instead. Put the played/discarded card on the common discard pile.
