As the king leaves Karez to its ruins, the Golden Dragon's worshipers can finally construct their secret temple and resurrect their beloved deity. Fallen City of Karez: Golden Dragon comes with a new deck of allegiance cards. The player who draws the Golden Dragon Allegiance will conspire to destroy the city of Karez! If Karez does not become a City by the end of the game, this player wins the game and all the other players lose.
